Pizza with Shrimp, Shiitake Mushrooms, and Black Olives

Found these “par-baked” pizza crusts at a foreigner supermarket in the neighborhood. They ended up a bit too thin and crunchy, more like crackers than actual pizza crust. In lieu of pizza sauce, I reduced some marinara sauce from a jar, and still it turned out too watery. On a positive note, the toppings were quite nice.
