Tokyo is a Japanese restaurant.  The newest addition to the Oksu restaurant scene.

We had no expectations either way, given the unpredictable nature of non-Korean eateries in the neighborhood.  We were happy to find a surprisingly varied menu for a 6-table establishment, including high-end sake and imported beer.   Prices were very reasonable.  The gyudon (7,000 won) was good, egg yolk done just right.  The tonkatsu (6,000 won) and oden udon (5,000 won) were also good.  Everything was tasty and authentic.  Definitely going back for more.
