The occasion marked the first time that we ate at our nearly completed cabin in Hoengseong.  Quite possibly, it may have been the first time in history that any human being has eaten on that piece of land, which had been extremely rough and overrun, requiring extensive clearing before construction could begin.  I had some manly work to do, like installing light fixtures, so I invited a family of DJ’s friends from daycare to keep him and W company while I was occupied.  I have a feeling that I’ll be going camping a lot less from now on.

Ugly bricks, but I dig the Pizza Hut roof.
Anticipating many meals from this deck.
Inside, our awesome living room with vaulted ceilings, pitch perfect grey wallpaper, and three gorgeously matched lamps.
