Cabin Retreat, Day 5.
After 4 nights at the cabin, we returned home this evening. Even though the cabin is a home away from home, it’s still not home. We were exhausted and in need of some comfort (poor us). The vote was unanimous for ramyeon.
A strong case can be made for ramyeon – specifically, the spicy Korean varieties, like the oddly-named Neoguri (“raccoon”) – being the ultimate Korean comfort food. Whether tired, drunk/hungover, sad, or sick, ramyeon heals all woes.
