The platter included my signature Gold Mountain Pork Bellies, lamb chops in an improvised worcestershire marinade loosely following the ever-evolving Aliman method, and babyback ribs seasoned with five-spice and soy sauce.  It all turned out okay, I guess.

Each person stuck with only one type of meat: W, DJ, and MIL took the pork bellies, FIL and Nanny 8 had the lamb, and IZ ate the ribs all by himself.
