Shrimp with Chick Peas, Sun-Dried Tomatoes & Parmesan

Similar to a shrimp dish that I’d improvised a few months back (see generally 6.002 Pan-Grilled Shrimp in Roast-Pepper/Tomato Sauce), but better this time as the sautéed shrimp stayed juicy and the sauce was much more intense with the sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan; chick peas added a nice creamy texture and nutty flavor. This would also work with pasta.
