Pan-Fried White River Cobbler w Couscous Tabouli

Another acquisition from yesterday’s trip to S&R (see previously 6.139 The Original Slider…).
Turns out that “white river cobble,” as it’s labeled on the packaging, is a fancy name for cream dory, a fish that I’d initially liked for its delicate texture but now detest as being mushy.
In brighter news, I believe that I’ve perfected my tabouli recipe, which I’ll feature in subsequent post.
