As mentioned in the previous post on this restaurant (see most recently 6.164 Deep-Fried Tofu…), the outcome of any given dish on any given visit can be unpredictable.

This time, they failed to remove the shells from the prawns and made the sauce darker than expected, nowhere near as good as before (see for comparison 6.112 Prawns with Ginger & Onion).

I’m getting rather tired of the inconsistency.
