Fresh Scallops with Egg Whites
at Maria Orosa Seafood Restaurant
Another instalment in our on-going/informal exploration of this restaurant as a potential alternative for hosted dinners (see most recently 6.200 Scallops with Broccoli).
This scallop dish, excellent. Light yet hearty. Silky and succulent. Classically Cantonese. If ever we do host a dinner here, it would be a strong contender for the menu.
