Dry Aged Burger

After spending the summer in Korea, the family is back in the Philippines – ready to start Year 2.
Whereas the steak here is the best in the city, the burger was rather blah. Most disappointing was the patty, which didn’t have much beef flavor, and began to crumble after a couple bites.
