My first attempt at making oyakodon, my personal favorite of the donburi family, and one of my all-time favorite Japanese dishes – don’t know why it’s taken me so long to try. Alas, as with my other attempts at donburi, it turned out kinda dryish (see most recently 8.257 Katsudon).
