Seiromushi is a Japanese cooking method. Thinly sliced meats and vegetables are placed in a bamboo steamer (seiro) then steamed (mushi).
At Ogetsu Hime, the seiro is filled with beef – from Matsusake – and cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, then served with soy dipping sauce.
It was good – very healthful.
