The Shrimp Fried Rice was excellent. Fluffy yet firm rice, succulent shrimp, flecks of egg white and egg yolk. Delicately seasoned, with wisps of wok char, hints of scallion. As good as a basic fried rice can get. Every visit, it’s the one dish that never fails.
