Tsukuji is a Japanese restaurant.

Indeed, the food was quite good, especially the sushi.  But not good enough to justify the exorbitant prices.

Kushikatsu is a Japanese dish comprising pieces of pork that are breaded and deep-fried (tonkatsu) at the end of a wooden/bamboo skewer (kushi).

Here, the skewers also included big sections of scallion (negi).

They fell apart at first bite.
