Dried Salmon Curry with Rice

A while back, my friend TM had given me a huge bag of semi-dried salmon – “for when you drink beer,” he said.  Unfortunately, I didn’t seal the bag properly, so the fish had dried out in the fridge, making it too hard to be eaten as is.

Cooking it in curry helped a bit, but still ended up kinda tough.
