In this second attempt (see most recently 8.341 Oyakodon), I was mindful of my previous experience and prepared more sauce to the base this time. Perhaps too much, especially when making 4 portions simultaneously in one pan, which didn’t allow for the eggs to set properly, eventually breaking up in the sauce.
Turned out messy, but tasted okay once mixed with rice.
