Seared Tuna in Chili-Soy Sauce

In trying to achieve a proper crust, I ended up overcooking the inside. The tuna itself wasn’t so great to begin with, so no major loss.
The sauce was a leftover from takeout seolleong tang a few days back.
The boys were impressed by the searing technique.
Each component was purchased today at New Hatchin Japanese Grocery, which I will cover properly someday soon.
