Chadolbagi with Kimchi in Lettuce Wraps

The chadolbogi (shaved beef brisket) was flash-marinated in a mix of Yeondu + water + sesame oil + garlic + black pepper + sugar, then flash-fried to a crisp in a pan, along with some enoki mushrooms (just for color).
Top with kimchi.
Wrap in lettuce.
Drop the mic.
