Since my first and only prior experience with Zubuchon in Cebu back in 2014 (see 5.121 Lechon), the business has expanded to Manila, including a shop in BGC.
With less than 36 hours remaining in the country, I finally got around to giving it a try.
The food was good. As I remembered, the meat was tender, with crispy skin, nicely seasoned to enhance the delicate pork flavor. Alas, I didn’t have any beer.
