A traditional nalchi al jumeokbab (see for comparison 1.178 Nalchi Al Jumeokbab).
As delivery item, the restaurant made a wise choice in leaving the rice balls unformed, allowing the customer to make them (or not), according to preference.
The rice balls, formed by W, turned out nicely warm and a bit crispy, as if made and served fresh at the restaurant.
