Jang Bong Dal offers galbi tang as takeout/delivery in 2 forms.  One is ready-to-eat (jori (조리) = prepared), which comes as 1 portion of heated soup with 3 beef ribs, noodles, and sliced scallions in a lidded container, plus 1 bowl of steamed rice, and 1 tub of kimchi and 1 tub of ggagdugi = 13,000 won.  The other is DIY (bi-jori (비조리) =  unprepared), which comes with 2 portions of chilled soup in sealed bags, plus 4 beef ribs, noodles, and sliced scallions in a separate bag, no rice, no sides = 13,000 won.

We usually order 2 DIY sets (and make our own rice).  A great value at 26,000 won to feed 4+1 (the dog gets 4 ribs, while the humans get 1 rib each).

When he was younger, like 1 month ago, Louis would spend hours happily gnawing on the leftover rib bones. But suddenly his jaws are so strong that we found him biting off big pieces and swallowing them whole, which then came out in his poo as chalky chunks, so unfortunately no more bones.
