Numero Tres is an Italian restaurant. Specializes in Neopolitan-style pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven.
The food was excellent. I was most impressed by the carbonara, which included an egg yolk, as it should, for a properly rich and deeply creamy sauce; the flavors were further layered with shaved parmesan, crispy bacon, and a sprinkle of chili flakes. A fine meal from start to end.
