The very first post of GMTD featured dweji galbi at our then-go-to BBQ restaurant (see 1.001 Grilled Pork Galbi).

I launch Cycle 12 with the same dish at what could become our BBQ restaurant (see most recently 11.314 So Yangnyeom Galbi).

Previously, I had declared my intent to wrap GMTD at the end of this year.  But we’ll see.  Anyway, I look forward to at least 364 posts more posts.
