Beef Lasagna

For the first time, I added bechamel and left out the ricotta.  I’ve never really liked ricotta, which seems kinda chalky and flavorless, but it was part of my mother’s lasagna recipe.  With the bechamel, the lasagna turned out smoother, creamier, and seemingly cheesier even though I used very little cheese in the layering.
