Another bibimbab with ready-to-eat components from J-Mart (see most recently 11.235 Bibimbab).

This time, rather than pre-assembling the BBBs, I placed the individual trays on the table for everyone to make their own.

I’d once tried this DIY method at a dinner party with colleagues in Manila (see 6.033 Bibimbab Bar), which turned out quite well, though I never did it again, for no particular reason.

I should continue doing it this way.
