Another dish made for the primary purpose of using up cilantro (see generally 12.161 783 Grams of Cilantro).

If I grill the chicken inside the kitchen, the fire alarm goes off.
I’d sliced the breasts too thin, making them fall apart somewhat.
Nothing but chicken and cheddar.
I still have about enough for a couple more dishes.
