Got a box of noodles as a gift from the bank.

Without an explanatory note, the noodles appeared to be made from flour, with some sort of food coloring for the red, yellow, and green.  The brown noodles looked to be buckwheat-based.

The red noodles inspired me to make kimchi mari guksu.

Everyone else seemed disconcerted by the color.

IZ took a bit and declared: “So gross.”

As far as I could tell, they tasted like regular noodles.
