Peking-Style Shrimp Egg Wraps

The idea was to emulate Peking duck, with shrimp, via the egg wrap technique.

It turned out okay.  The austerity of the shrimp might’ve benefitted from additional components (e.g., stir-fried onions, cabbage).  But decent as is.
