Black Truffle Paste Crispy Conpoy Seafood Fried Rice (2.5): I love truffle as much as anyone, but Koreans are adding to everything these days (see for example 12.364 Saewoo Ggang Black).

Sauteed Egg with Crab Meat was amazing.  Scrambled egg whites, laced with crab, drowned in a delicate oyster sauce gravy.  So beautifully delicate in both texture and flavor.  Perfect with a big bowl (or two) of steamed rice.  This was my absolute favorite kind of dish when we were living in Manila, when Cantonese cuisine was readily available (see for example 10.078 Shrimp and Scramble Egg Fried Rice).
