Sacheon Tang Myeon is a Korean-Chinese dish.  Noodle soup with seafood.  Though white in color, the soup (tang) is spicy through the addition of green chilies – a dish labelled as “Sacheon (Sichuan)” in the Korean Chinese tradition means that it’s spicy, even though the dish has no connection to Sichuanese cuisine (see for example 2.342 Sacheonsuk Tangsueo).  Essentially the same dish as gul jjambbong (see 13.006 Gul Jjambbong), with chilies, without oysters.
