Seohu Wagyu is a Korean restaurant.  Specializes in grilled beef (“Korean BBQ”), with wagyu beef from Australia.

Not sure if “1300” refers to mass (in grams) or cost (in won x 100), though the numbers don’t quite work either way.

Tonight marks the first occasion having dinner with staff (STK = stock team), not including the “managing director” (see most recently 13.160 Combination Pizza).

Never seen a grill like this.

The food was good.  But the wagyu didn’t seem any different than other marbled beef.
