Braised Geondubu with Broccoli & Pyogo

In a major level-up from prior attempts at developing my version of a geondubu dish, which have been stir-fries (see most recently 13.164 Geon Dubu Bokkeum with Asparagus & Pyogo), tonight’s rendition was more of a braise in a deep thick sauce.  The soft and silky gravy – primarily oyster sauce with garlic and ginger – provided pleasing textural contrast to the strips of dried doufu.  And of course broccoli goes so well with oyster sauce gravy.
