CELT = Cheese (Muenster) + Egg + Lettuce + Tomato.   (The rest of the family had bacon in theirs.)

After toasting the bread on one side (accomplished by placing two slices together in one slot of the toaster, which also allows for 4 slices to be toasted at once), the condiment was spread on the toasted side, leaving the untoasted side on the outside.  The sandwich thus seemed soft at first bite but with an internal crunch – not a big deal, either way.
