A new product by Pulmuone: nuggets of dubu (tofu), breaded, frozen. Instructions suggest either to air-fry or pan-fry.
I pan-fried. In oil. 8 minutes.

Eh. A touch of crisp on the outside – very bland, improved considerably with a sprinkle of salt and pepper. A touch of chew on the inside, somewhat like a soft cheese, though I would’ve preferred it softer/silkier – very bland, but okay dipped in sauce (Thai chili sauce + ketchup). I told IZ that they were chicken nuggets, and he didn’t catch on.
Wondering if the nuggets could be tossed with other ingredients in a Chinese-style stir-fry (see for comparison 13.191 The Legend of General Tso).
