So busy at work these days, this was the first by-me, at-home, from-scratch meal in nearly a month (see most recently 13.277 Bacon Lettuce Ssam).  Which is a shame, because by-me, at-home, from-scratch meals generally are so much tastier, healthier, cheaper – and maybe more interesting? – than the alternatives.
