Ganggangsullae is a Korean restaurant. Specializes in grilled meats (“Korean BBQ”), both beef and pork. Part of a chain, founded in 1989, currently 11(?) locations.
DID YOU KNOW: Ganggangsullae (강강술래) is a traditional Korean dance, performed to bring about a bountiful harvest.
The occasion was my mother’s birthday (see most recently 14.047 Dimsum Hahaha) – this time, we gave her the option of choosing the venue, and she chose this place.
The food was good. Sourced from USA, the beef was tender, nicely seasoned. Banchan were high quality, high end. The whole vibe reminded me of Samwon Garden (see for example 2.142 Galbi).
