Got mushu down pat (see most recently 15.219 Mushu Shrimp), which I can now do without thinking about it.

Also had rice on hand.

Still need practice rolling out the pancakes, which I didn’t make this time because I was preparing a couple other dishes.

 This time with sliced woodear mushrooms – I like the color contrast.

I was mostly concentrating on egg drop soup (see most recently 15.241 Egg Drop Soup), which I should be able to master soon.
