Double Smashburgers

Out of pickles, out of saurkraut (see most recently 15.218 Smashburgers), but the rocket added a welcome zing of freshness, reminding me of a burger that I’d made way back in Cycle 2 (see 2.168 Rockin’ Mozzy Shroom Burger).

This second go at making the burger with double patties confirms that the hassle isn’t worth the payoff – the main problem is that the burgers get cold by the time that they’re all done.  Next time, in lieu of 2 patties weighing 35 grams, I’ll revert to single patties weighing 70 grams each (though they might end up overhanging the small bun).
