Chicken in Egg Gravy over Rice

Now able to make American-Chinese soup (it’s all about the corn starch) (see for example  15.241 American-Chinese Egg Drop Soup), I tried to improvise a Fujian-style fried rice (see for example 10.078 Shrimp and Scramble Egg Fried Rice), actually just the sauce part with plain steamed rice underneath.

Turned out more like a watery oyakodon.
