The Rau Muõng Xào Tòi was excellent – a nice middle ground between the spicy/funky Thai version (see for example 15.024 Pak Boong Fai Daeng) and the milder Chinese version (see for example 13.239 Gongsimchae Deopbab) – pairing just right with a bowl of steamed (jasmine?) rice.   Not a bad deal at 9,000.
