DJ and I now living full-time in Oksu, W and IZ dropped by and joined us for dinner at our favorite neighborhood BBQ joint.
Whereas chaeggeut deungsim / sirloin strip is my all-time favorite cut of beef for Korean grilling (and American steak), it has been featured 6 out of the 11 posts at this restaurant – future posts will aim to diversify the selection.
Perhaps not so coincidentally, our prior visit 5 years ago had taken place while checking out the apartment in between tenants (see generally 12.037 Chaeggeut) – IZ was still such a baby back then! In the photo showing the former kitchen, the corner with the sink is where my bed is currently situated.
