Amazing. The meat was exquisitely tender with silky fat. But the sides made the dish, various pickles offering a range of tastes and textures, making each bite distinct and exciting. The 308th dish to earn a 4.0 rating in the history of GMTD, the 4th in Cycle 17, only the 2nd at a restaurant in Oksu (see also 3.169 Pizza Insalata).
