Haemok is a Japanese restaurant.  Specializes in donburi, most famously unagidon.  Michelin Guide Bib Gourmand since 2024.  Currently three locations.

The food was okay.  High quality ingredients, though it somehow seemed to lack soul.  Certainly not worth waiting in line for.
