Very excited at a recent Costco run to discover packaged crab meat, which I can’t recall ever seeing for sale in Korea.

The crab is texturally legit, comprising large solid chunks of claw meat, though falling short in flavor, a bit fishy/salty, not at all sweet.  But good enough as an ingredient.

Starting this time with Chinese soup.  To make the soup previously, I’ve used leftover bits of whole steamed crab (see generally 15.254 Steamed Crabs) and artificial crab (see generally 15.318 “Crab” & Corn Soup).  This one was better than the latter, but not the former.
