Spring Roll Mushu Pork … Noodles

Conceived as a hodgepodge filling for spring rolls to use up bits of leftover vegetables in the fridge.  Then the scrambled eggs made it look like mushu, so I considered steaming the spring roll skins as wraps.  But the final addition of glass noodles brought everything together into a stand-alone dish, so we just it ate out of the wok.  Spring roll skins reserved for a future application.
