These are posts that include recipes featured on GMTD.   Most recipes were developed on my own or adapted from other sources by me.  Most recipes have been tested for accuracy – in fact, as I continue to test them, the amounts listed in a given recipe might be revised since first posted.  Some posts contain merely general notes about a dish or technique to provide broad guidelines.  The information is gathered here primarily as a repository for my own reference, but of course I hope that readers will find some of it useful.  I welcome comments, as always, especially feedback on recipes that have been attempted.
