Chicken with Bokchoy, Bamboo, and Cauliflower in Oyster Sauce

The chicken was coated in corn starch, deep-fried, and set aside. The remaining components were then stir-fried, along with the sauce. Lastly, the chicken was incorporated at the very end and tossed just once for a quick coating of the sauce, thus preventing the chicken from absorbing too much sauce and getting soggy.
