Another dish made with an Asian Home Gourmet sauce packet (see most recently 2.012 Kaeng Kiew Wan with Chicken, Broccoli, and Bamboo Shoots over Rice).

The package says “pai gu wang,” but I have no idea what that means and don’t really care to research it.  Essentially, it’s spicy pork ribs, Szechuan-style, if the labeling is to be believed.  I added chili oil.  After marinading the ribs overnight, I wrapped them in foil packets and baked them for an hour.  Surprisingly good.
