Wok-Fried Diced Beef Tenderloin, Sweet Cashew Nuts, XO Chili Sauce

Consistently the best Chinese food in town (see most recently 6.266 Spinach Soup…).
Whereas the food is so expertly prepared, the names of the dishes on the menu tend to be overly long, not so much names as descriptions, though often unhelpful as such.
Case in point, for the spread this evening, I’d ordered a separate vegetable dish, thinking the beef dish was just meat and nuts, though it turned out to include a generous amount of zucchini, asparagus, and bell peppers.
The beef itself, by the way, perfectly cooked, perfectly tender.
