7.335 Ssamjang

Rarely boastful of my own food, but I can’t get over how awesome this ssamjang is (see generally 7.087 Tofu, Egg, and Doenjang Stir-Fry).  Lately, I’ve been making it without scrambled egg, the absence of which allows for the inherently sharp texture and flavor of the bean paste to come through, accentuated by the addition of some minced fresh bell peppers (I’d prefer to add chilies, but then it’d be too spicy for IZ), excellent counterbalance to the fatty pork belly.

Samgyeopsal spread, with all the fixings.

What I’d intended before (see 7.279 Fixins), this time not derailed by the W.
